Grilled Peaches & Prosciutto Pizza
Ingredients
- Etalia Nudo Pizza Dough
- 2 sliced peaches
- 2 small burrata cheese
- 8-10 slices prosciutto
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- balsamic glaze
- avocado oil spray to prevent sticking
- chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 500°F
- On a grill pan or sauté pan set over medium-high heat, spray with avocado oil to prevent sticking and grill the peach slices. Remove from grill and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta with the dried basil and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Top your frozen Nudo (follow Nudo topping tips) with the ricotta mixture leaving about an inch at the edge to form the crust.
- Top with the grilled peach slices and prosciutto.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes on bottom rack or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with the burrata, chopped basil, and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with extra pepper and salt before serving.
