 Grilled Peaches & Prosciutto

Ingredients
  • Etalia Nudo Pizza Dough
  • 2 sliced peaches
  • 2 small burrata cheese
  • 8-10 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • balsamic glaze
  • avocado oil spray to prevent sticking
  • chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 500°F
  2. On a grill pan or sauté pan set over medium-high heat, spray with avocado oil to prevent sticking and grill the peach slices. Remove from grill and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta with the dried basil and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Top your frozen Nudo (follow Nudo toping tips) with the ricotta mixture leaving about an inch at the edge to form the crust.
  5. Top with the grilled peach slices and prosciutto.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes on bottom rack or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with the burrata, chopped basil, and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with extra pepper and salt before serving.
