Large 13" Pizza
Et Alia is Latin for "and others". When we set out to create the best gluten-free pizza, we knew it had to be something everyone would love. Most gluten-free pizzas are small - like 6 - 9”. Usually because only the gluten-free eater will eat them as others prefer a different pizza.
Our pizza is a large 13” size—enough for people to share. Once people taste it, they want more. Both gluten-free and gluten-full people say, “This pizza is amazing. Are you sure it’s gluten-free?”
