Simple, Natural Ingredients
When we created the dough for our pizza, we knew it had to be authentic while also using simple, natural ingredients. That’s why we've dedicated nearly a decade to testing, tasting and improving our recipe to make the best frozen pizza possible. We crafted a pizza crust that is light and crispy, yet soft and chewy. By using organic sorghum flour - which is delicious, nutritious, and naturally gluten-free - we were able to use a flour that held up like wheat flour in dough. We also made sure that our dough could rise while baking, by using fresh yeast, which creates not only the amazing texture of our dough, but also the wonderful flavor.

Organic sorghum is a nutrient-packed ancient whole grain that's also naturally gluten-free. Sorghum offers many nutritional health benefits:
