This all started when I changed my diet to organic, simple, whole foods. I'm from NY and pizza is my favorite food, so I started making my own dough at home. It was delicious, but a lot of work — it took me 2 days. I wanted fresh pizza dough that was ready whenever my family, friends, and I wanted pizza, so I started freezing it... and Etalia was born.
