Baking Directions

* Important *

  • Keep pizza frozen while preheating oven.

  • Remove all packaging from the pizza—INCLUDING THE ROUND PIECE OF PAPER UNDERNEATH THE PIZZA.

1. Preheat

  • For a crispy crust, set your oven rack in the bottom position. Preheat oven to 500°F. If you like a softer crust, position the rack higher.
  • Make sure your oven is set on conventional, NOT convection.

2. Pizza Prep: Do AFTER oven is preheated.

  • Remove frozen pizza from box and wrap.
  • Take pizza off of cardboard circle and remove the round paper sheet from underneath the dough. This must be removed.
  • Place pizza on a pizza screen.
    Don’t have a pizza screen yet? Place pizza on square parchment paper (included in box) and place paper and pizza directly on oven rack. Then order a pizza screen 😊

3. Bake & Rotate

  • Bake for 10 minutes, rotate ½ turn, and bake another 3-5 minutes. Total time 13-15 minutes.
  • Every oven is different - adjust temperature, time, and rack position as needed.

4. Slice & Enjoy

  • Remove pizza from pizza screen and place on a flat surface to slice. Then, return your sliced pizza to the pizza screen to keep it from losing its crisp.
  • We know you can’t wait to dig in, but let the pizza cool for a couple minutes so you don't burn the roof of your mouth.
