Cooking Instructions

Note:

Keep pizza frozen while preheating.

1. Preheat

Set oven rack in lower third of oven and preheat your conventional oven to 500°F.
Note: Ovens may vary so temperature may need to be adjusted down in some cases. We recommend baking in a conventional oven. If you choose to use convection oven - please reduce the temperature by at least 25° - 50° and also watch the cooking time closer. Convection ovens can cook up 25% more quickly.

2. Prep

  • Remove frozen pizza from box and wrap.
  • Take pizza carefully off of cardboard disc and round paper sheet.
    *Hang on to that cardboard if you don’t have a large plate or cutting board.
  • Place pizza on a pizza screen or parchment paper.
    Don’t have a pizza screen yet? Place pizza on parchment paper (included in box) and place paper and pizza directly on your oven rack.

3. Bake & Rotate

Bake for 10 minutes, rotate ½ turn, and bake another 3-5 minutes. Total time 13-15 minutes. Every oven is different - adjust temperature, time, and rack position as needed.

4. Slice & Enjoy

Take pizza off pizza screen to a flat surface and slice into your preferred number of slices.
