Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of Etalia pizzas. If you receive frozen products that are thawed or materially damaged or have other substantive problems, we will replace your products free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@etaliafoods.com with details within 7 days of receipt of products.
To help us with our quality control processes we would greatly appreciate it if you can send a picture of the problem via email. This is not required, but will help us in dealing with packaging or shipping issues.
