How It Works

Frozen Goods Shipping

Our frozen shipments are packed in an eco-friendly, thermally protected box. Each order is carefully packed with the right amount of dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your destination. Fun Fact: It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F!

We fulfill orders Monday and Tuesday as packages can't be in transit over the weekend. Each order is carefully packed with dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your destination.

If you place an order after 10 am CST on Tuesday, it will be fulfilled on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Please be sure you are aware of this and plan accordingly.

Once you receive your order, immediately transfer the products to your freezer as each pizza needs to be kept frozen until just before putting it in the oven.

- We offer flat-rate shipping in the United States. Rates are based on the state of your shipping destination.
- You can order 3 or 6 pizzas and you pay the same flat-rate shipping per box.
- Up to 6 pizzas fit in a box. If you would like to order more than 6 pizzas, each addition box will have its own shipping charge.

Shipping Schedule

The shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout will determine when your order ships and when it will arrive.

Frozen goods ship Monday and Tuesday and arrive 1 to 3 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination. Frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend, so orders received later in the week will ship the following Monday.

  • Orders placed Monday before 10 am CST, ship that day.
  • Orders placed Tuesday before 10 am CST, ship that day — 1 & 2-day transit only. 3-day transit ships the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after Tuesday 10 am CST through Sunday, ship the following Monday.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you tracking information so you know when it will arrive.

Yup! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track it. All orders will deliver in 1-3 days after being shipped.

We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

We do not ship internationally at this time, sorry.

Our shipments can be delivered on weekdays, though we only ship orders on Monday and Tuesday each week.

Yes, our smallest pack is a 3-pack. With our flat-rate shipping, you can order 3 pizzas or 6 pizzas and still pay the same price for shipping.

The carrier is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your pizza will not thaw due to multiple delivery attempts.

We do recommend opening the package immediately upon arrival and getting your pizzas into a freezer as soon as possible within the same day it arrives.

While dry ice does not cause any toxic side effects to the food products you receive, it can be harmful in other ways.

Please be sure to be extra careful when removing the dry ice and frozen goods from your delivery as dry ice is extremely cold and can cause severe frostbite if it comes in contact with bare skin. It is harmful if eaten or swallowed. Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach of children and animals, and don't place it on any tiled or solid surfaces (like in a sink), as it can cause severe damage. If ingested or if frostbite occurs, seek medical treatment immediately. Please also be cautious to allow the dry ice to dissipate in a well-ventilated area - this is because solid dry ice will convert to a carbon dioxide gas. Do not breathe the carbon dioxide gas deeply or for an extended period of time.

Please handle dry ice with extreme care! Do not touch dry ice with your bare hands. Prior to disposing of your delivery materials, please allow any remaining dry ice to fully dissipate. Within 24 hours the solid dry ice will convert to a gas.

Always wear hand protection: an oven mitt or heavy cloth towel will work. Using a towel or mitt to protect your hands, take the wrapped dry ice out of the shipping container. Do not put dry ice directly on tiles or solid surface countertop as the extreme cold of the dry ice may cause the surface to crack. Once you have removed your frozen pizzas, place the dry ice back in the insulated bag and move it to a well-ventilated area away from children or animals until any remaining ice has disappeared. Do not breathe the carbon dioxide gas deeply or for an extended period of time.

In order to dispose of your other delivery materials, cut or rip open the insulation to separate the plastic liner from the recycled material inside. The lining can be recycled as #4 plastic. The filling made from recycled denim can be composted or will decompose naturally within a year if placed in the trash. Simply break down the cardboard box and drop it in paper recycling.

Yes, but please make sure to check that the recipient will be in town on the day it will arrive. Or you can get them a gift card instead, so your gift recipient can control when they will receive their gift.

All sales are final. If your pizza doesn’t arrive frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. We are unable to accept returns on our perishable goods, so please do not send your purchase back to us.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your pizzas. If you receive frozen products that are thawed or materially damaged or have other substantive problems, we will replace your products free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@etaliafoods.com with details within 2 days of receipt of products.

To help us with our quality control processes we would greatly appreciate it if you can send a picture of the problem via email. This will help us in dealing with packaging or shipping issues.

Yikes! If you received a tracking notification over 3 days ago and have yet to receive your order please send us a message at hello@etaliafoods.com to let us know and we’ll follow up with next steps.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of Etalia pizzas. If you receive frozen products that are thawed or materially damaged or have other substantive problems, we will replace your products free of charge.
