- There are certain states we cannot reach with 1-Day or 2-Day Ground Shipping. For these states, we have to ship 2-Day Air. We are working on an alternate solution, but for now 2-Day Air is the only option to get your pizza to you frozen.

Frozen Pizza Shipping
Frozen shipments are carefully packed in an eco-friendly cooler. Each order is packed with the right amount of dry ice to maintain the desired temperature inside the package as it travels to your destination.
Fun Fact: It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F!
Upon arrival, place your pizza in your freezer ASAP. Pizza must be kept frozen until just before you put it in your preheated oven.
To help us with our quality control processes, we would appreciate receiving photos of the problem via email.
We are unable to accept returns on our perishable goods, so please do not send your purchase back to us.
